These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and licensing of the digital audio workstation software DJ V-SCRATCH LIVE 1.0.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record Paddle.com Inc. / Paddle Payments Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this website. When placing an order, the contract of sale is concluded directly with Paddle according to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
The software product is a digital download package comprising the standalone DAW application DJ V-SCRATCH LIVE 1.0, integrated 3D spatial engines, and DSP effects suites as described on our website. Upon successful payment, license keys and download links are delivered digitally via email immediately through Paddle.
All listed prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and include applicable statutory sales taxes / VAT automatically calculated and remitted by Paddle based on your geographic location.
14-Day Free Evaluation: We provide a fully functional, unrestricted 14-day free trial so that you can evaluate and experience the performance, audio quality, and hardware compatibility of DJ V-SCRATCH LIVE on your system before making a purchase.
Refunds: If you experience technical defects or unresolved incompatibilities with your licensed copy, refund requests are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please reach out to our technical support team at vir2ose@gmail.com or directly to Paddle's buyer support (paddle.net).
Purchasing a Lifetime License grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, personal license to install and activate the software on your personal computer systems. Reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, or mass redistribution of license keys is prohibited.
